Rice Paper Making:

Making rice paper, cooking and lunch)

. Local guide meets you in your hotel lobby in Hoi An by bicycle between 8:15-8:30a.m.

. You will Cycle to Tra Que herb village.

. Enjoy a special welcome drink at Tra Que Water Wheel on arrival.

. You will learn how to soak and grind the rice by hand,to make rice flour for rice paper making.

. Guests will make different kinds of rice paper with the family:

. Crisp rice paper with black and white sesame

. Steamed rice roll with vegetables(Banh cuon)

. Grilled crispy rice paper made with charcoal.

. Learn how to make Quang Nam noodles and a dish called My Quang. Then enjoy your meal! (Ingredients can be substituted to suit dietary requirements or allergies)

. Back to the hotel.
